Where do I begin?

After a grand total of 15 hours in a car and about six hours of sleep in three days, I am home from possibly one of the funnest trips in my life. Every single second of Adrea's bachelorette bash in Gulf Shores was simply incredible. We spent a lot of time on the beach with the sand fleas and the pool with the love bugs and a majority of our time at Flora Bama (not sure how to spell it). As a matter of fact, we went to Flora Bama three nights in a row and each night was completely different and awesome. Here are a few pictures:

I could never begin to accurately describe the weekend because 1. words just can't do the job and 2. it was a bachelorette party, so about 75% would be inappropriate.

There were so many hilarious parts of the weekend that have made me smile a lot today. We had tacky tourism t-shirts made that said "Florida 2008." Considering we were in Alabama, it made the t-shirt experience all the better. We wore them out on our last night and everybody carried a Sharpie with them. All night, we were writing on each others t-shirts, the walls, floors, bathroom stalls, etc. It was hilarious comparing notes on the shirts the next morning, especially Adrea's, because everybody at the bar felt they needed to leave their mark on her.

Probably one of the coolest aspects of the weekend was the fact that there were 12 girls, and nobody knew everybody. We are all from different parts of the south with different backgrounds but we had a blast together and I can't wait to see them again in 2 weeks for the wedding. Adrea really does have some great friends who are the most laid back, drama free, free spirited, and entertaining girls I have ever met.

I was very happy to come home to a perfect husband and puppy. Aaron was so sweet and happy to see me. He wouldn't stop hugging me and Jake wouldn't stop jumping up and down and it made me feel so loved. He fed me and tucked me in and told me I looked beautiful when it was very clear that was not the case. I love when I feel so overwhelmed by the blessings in my life. I was also overwhelmed with exhaustion, so I slept for 16 hours and hopefully I can be productive tomorrow.

Glad you had such a fabulous weekend! I'm sure Arnies was just as awesome since the debate happened after all.
